Exhibitor planning angle
Confirm which operations are permitted on the stand before planning a live demonstration. Resolve loading, machine access and any dust, extraction or finishing requirements with the organiser.
This independent guide is for exhibition planning. Zeno is not the event organiser and does not sell admission or exhibition space.
What to resolve early
Arrange raw material, intermediate samples and finished components to explain the machine or process.
Identify operator space and the controls needed for any approved cutting, machining or finishing activity.
Confirm power, loading, rigging and operational requirements with the organiser using the current manual.
Work backwards from the permitted installation window and allow time for agreed checks.
From allocation to handover
Collect the latest exhibitor manual, floor plan, stand number, submission dates, service forms and move-in programme from the organiser.
Agree the audience, products, desired visitor action, demonstrations, meeting needs, storage, budget range and internal approval path.
Develop the approved booth direction against the allocated footprint and coordinate the information included in the agreed submission and production scope.
Build the contracted scope, coordinate installation within the confirmed programme and complete the agreed checks before the exhibitor team takes over.
